A1: The parking monitor function needs to be connected with a wired kit (not included in the package), if you need a wired kit for the 24-hour parking monitor function, we can supply it. The dash cam does not support pre-charging to store energy. The dash cam will only receive power support when the car is started and start recording at the same time, while the dash cam will lose power support and shut down immediately when the car is turned off. Since the wired kit is more complicated to install, we provide a car charger in the package that is easier to install.（D200 supports 24-hour recording only when it is connected to a Mini USB hardwire kit (NOT Included).）

A2: When you can't connect to the dash cam's WiFi or watch the live broadcast, please turn off the VPN, Bluetooth, cellular data, security software, and antivirus APP of your mobile phone. And whitelist the app for photo albums, location, Wi-Fi, and cellular data.

A3: The reason why the dash cam is still on when the car is just turned off may be that there is still power need to save the last folder before the dash cam was turned off. It could also be caused by the car's fuel system. Please observe the car battery charge within 12 hours after turning off the car to prevent the car battery from being discharged.If there is a risk of discharging the car battery, we can provide the corresponding wire kit to solve this problem.

A4:You can connect to the APP via WiFi, enter the APP and select camera settings, then click format. Or format the memory card on your computer.

A5:Let me explain to you why we set the wifi to need to be connected manually instead of automatically connecting the wifi as soon as it is turned on. Since many mobile phones on the market are single-channel mobile phones, the SIM card cannot be used after connecting to WiFi. We are worried that the automatic opening and connection of WiFi will cause some mobile phones to be unable to use 4/5G and miss important information.

A6: When the dashcam Micro SD card is full, the dashcam will
randomly shuts down, reminding you to format the card. We Suggest a setting: 1. G-sensor-"LOW" 2. Turn off motion detection and parking mode 3. Format the sd card regularly.

A7: Due to the screen saver function, it will urn off the screen one minute later. But the camera is recording. The light flashes to indicate that the camera is recording. This function can be turned off.

A8: The dashcam needs to be charged all the time. The built-in battery can not sustain a long time, and it needs to be connected to the car charger. When using the parking monitoring function, a hard-wired kit is required to ensure continuous power supply. (The hardwire kit is not included in the package.)
