All dashcams sold by GKU come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty, while accessories are covered under a 90-day manufacturer warranty. These warranties protect against manufacturer defects and do not cover damage resulting from mishandling or mistreatment of the dashcam. Important Note: We cannot offer free returns or full refunds for personal reasons or for items that have been intentionally or accidentally damaged due to improper usage.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if the product has not yet been shipped or produced. However, once the product is shipped out, we are unable to cancel the order.
