1. Wi-Fi Connection Steps

STEP1: Download and open the JarvisCam app and turn on the dash cam.

STEP2: Connect to the device's WiFi (GKU_D600_XXXXX) via your phone's WiFi settings and enter the password 12345678 (turn off VPN, Bluetooth and cellular data if necessary).

STEP3: Configure the camera and app settings once the connection is stable.

The use of the "JarvisCam" app needs to be connected to the dash cam wifi when the dash cam is turned on. When the dash cam keeps powering on, even if the WiFi connection of the dash cam is disconnected from your phone, the dash cam still keeps recording. in normal use, you do not need to keep the dashcam WiFi connected to your phone and keep it to work.

About the problem that the phone cannot access the network when connecting the dash cam.The dashcam WiFi is a hub-type WiFi, which can only be used to transmit data, but has no Internet access function. So after you access the Wi-Fi dash cam, it will not access the phone network temporally. This is normal. If you need to use your phone's cellular data, we suggest you disconnect the dashcam wifi with your phone, it will not influence your dashcam's normal record as long as your dashcam is plugged into power.

If you would like to share the video, we suggest that you could download it on your phone, and then share it with others. When in the app, you can check the video and download the recorded video under the Dashcam WiFi.
