I didn't receive my first camera, I believe it was lost in shipping as I live far in the countryside.
I contacted the support team and they got back to me in less than 24hours, they worked fast to find out the issue and ended up sending a replacement to me. Very helpful staff and GKU dashcams are of very good quality and great for piece of mind!
Hi Rian, thank you for sharing your experience and recommending us! We’re sorry the first camera didn’t reach you, but glad our support team could help quickly and get a replacement on its way. It’s wonderful to hear you’re enjoying the quality and peace of mind your GKU dashcam brings. Happy travels!
Seitdem funktioniert wieder alles einwandfrei.
