Secure Checkout

Protecting customer payment information is important to GKU.

Payments are processed through secure payment systems and payment service providers.

Depending on the payment method you select, your payment information may be processed directly by the relevant payment provider, card network, bank, digital wallet provider, or financial institution.

GKU does not necessarily receive or store your complete payment card details when payment information is processed directly by an authorized payment service provider.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may also require additional identity or security verification before approving a transaction.

For more information about how GKU handles personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.

Payment Authorization

When you place an order, your bank or payment provider may perform an authorization check to confirm that your payment method is valid and sufficient funds or credit are available.

Your order will be confirmed after the applicable payment has been successfully authorized or completed.

In some cases, a pending authorization may temporarily appear on your account even if an order is not successfully completed.

The time required for a pending authorization to be released depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Why Was My Payment Declined?

A payment may be declined for several reasons, including:

  • Incorrect card or payment information
  • Incorrect billing information
  • Insufficient funds or available credit
  • Expired card
  • Bank security restrictions
  • Online or international transaction restrictions
  • Payment provider verification requirements
  • Fraud prevention or security checks
  • Temporary payment processing issues

If your payment is declined, please check that your payment and billing information is correct.

You can also:

  • Try the payment again
  • Use another available payment method
  • Contact your bank or card issuer
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Contact GKU Customer Support if the issue continues

For security and privacy reasons, GKU may not always be able to determine the exact reason why a transaction was declined by a bank, card issuer, Google Pay, PayPal, or another payment provider.

Currency & International Payments

Product prices and available currencies may vary depending on your selected country or region.

For international transactions, your bank, card issuer, digital wallet, or payment provider may apply:

  • Currency conversion rates
  • Foreign transaction fees
  • International payment fees
  • Other applicable charges

Any such charges are determined by your financial institution or payment provider and are separate from charges collected directly by GKU.

Taxes, Duties & Shipping Charges

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, and other charges may vary depending on your order and delivery destination.

Where applicable, charges collected directly by GKU will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

For eligible Southeast Asian destinations, GKU may offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. When an eligible DDP shipping method is selected, applicable import duties, customs clearance fees, and taxes are handled according to the selected shipping arrangement.

For complete information about shipping, delivery, DDP availability, customs, duties, and taxes, please review our Shipping Policy.

Payment & Order Confirmation

After your payment has been successfully completed, GKU will send an order confirmation to the email address associated with your order.

Please review your order confirmation carefully.

If you notice incorrect information or need assistance with your order, contact GKU Customer Support as soon as possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For example, if an eligible order was paid using a credit card, PayPal, or Google Pay, the approved refund will generally be processed back through the applicable original payment method.

After GKU initiates a refund, additional processing time may be required by your bank, card issuer, digital wallet, PayPal, or other payment provider before the funds appear in your account.

For complete information about returns and refunds, please review our Return & Refund Policy.
