GKU respects intellectual property rights and is committed to protecting its own intellectual property as well as the legitimate intellectual property rights of others.

This Intellectual Property Rights Policy explains the ownership and permitted use of GKU trademarks, copyrighted materials, product images, website content, brand assets, and other intellectual property, as well as how to report suspected intellectual property infringement.


1. GKU Intellectual Property

3. Trademarks & Brand Assets

GKU names, logos, product names, brand identifiers, slogans, graphics, and other distinctive brand assets may be protected by trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use GKU trademarks or brand assets in a manner that:

  • Falsely suggests endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation with GKU
  • Creates confusion about the source of a product or service
  • Misrepresents a business as an official GKU seller or representative
  • Is misleading or deceptive
  • Damages or dilutes the GKU brand
  • Violates applicable intellectual property laws

Use of GKU trademarks or brand assets for commercial purposes may require prior written authorization from GKU.


4. Product Images, Videos & Marketing Materials

GKU product images, promotional videos, graphics, banners, product renders, packaging images, and other marketing materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

These materials may not be copied, modified, redistributed, or used commercially without appropriate authorization, except where such use is permitted by applicable law.

Authorized distributors, retailers, affiliates, creators, media partners, and other approved business partners may use GKU-provided materials in accordance with the applicable agreement, authorization, brand guidelines, or usage terms provided by GKU.

Authorization to use GKU marketing materials does not transfer ownership of those materials or grant unrestricted rights to use GKU intellectual property.


5. Authorized Retailers, Distributors & Business Partners

GKU may provide certain intellectual property or marketing assets to authorized:

  • Distributors
  • Resellers
  • Affiliates
  • Content creators
  • Media partners
  • Marketing partners
  • Other approved business partners

Any permitted use of GKU intellectual property must comply with the applicable agreement, authorization, brand guidelines, and applicable laws.

Business partners may not represent themselves as GKU, use GKU intellectual property outside the scope of their authorization, or create misleading impressions regarding their relationship with GKU.

GKU reserves the right to withdraw or modify permission to use its intellectual property where permitted by the applicable agreement or law.


6. Counterfeit Products & Unauthorized Brand Use

GKU takes the protection of its brand and customers seriously.

We may investigate reports involving suspected:

  • Counterfeit GKU products
  • Unauthorized use of GKU trademarks
  • Unauthorized use of GKU logos
  • Copied product images
  • Copied website content
  • Misleading product listings
  • Fake GKU websites or stores
  • Unauthorized sellers falsely claiming official status
  • Impersonation of GKU
  • Other suspected intellectual property infringement

If you encounter a website, marketplace listing, social media account, advertisement, product, or seller that you believe is improperly using GKU intellectual property, please contact us.


7. Respect for Third-Party Intellectual Property

GKU respects the legitimate intellectual property rights of third parties.

We expect users, partners, sellers, affiliates, content contributors, and other parties interacting with GKU services to do the same.

Content submitted to or used through GKU services should not infringe the copyright, trademark, patent, design, publicity, or other intellectual property rights of another person or organization.

If you believe that content, products, or materials associated with GKU infringe intellectual property rights that you own or are authorized to represent, you may submit an infringement report to us.


8. How to Report Intellectual Property Infringement

To help us review your report efficiently, please provide as much of the following information as reasonably possible:

  • Your full name
  • Your company or organization, if applicable
  • Your contact information
  • A description of the intellectual property right involved
  • Identification of the copyrighted work, trademark, design, or other intellectual property concerned
  • The location or URL of the allegedly infringing material
  • Identification of the relevant product, listing, image, content, or material
  • An explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized or infringing
  • Supporting documentation where appropriate
  • Evidence that you own or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the relevant intellectual property right
  • Any other information that may help us evaluate the report

Please ensure that the information provided is accurate and submitted in good faith.


9. Review of Intellectual Property Reports

After receiving a sufficiently detailed intellectual property report, GKU may review the information and take appropriate action where warranted.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • Requesting additional information
  • Investigating the reported material
  • Contacting relevant parties
  • Removing or modifying content where appropriate
  • Taking action regarding unauthorized use of GKU intellectual property
  • Taking other measures permitted or required by applicable law

Submitting a report does not guarantee that content, products, listings, or other materials will automatically be removed.

GKU may need sufficient information to evaluate the nature, ownership, authorization, and circumstances of the reported intellectual property right.


10. False or Misleading Reports

Intellectual property complaints should be submitted honestly and in good faith.

Please do not knowingly submit false, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent infringement claims.

A person submitting an intellectual property complaint is responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate basis for making the report and, where applicable, authority to act on behalf of the relevant rights holder.


11. No Transfer of Intellectual Property Rights

Purchasing a GKU product, using the GKU website, participating in the GKU Affiliate Program, or entering into a business relationship with GKU does not by itself transfer ownership of any GKU intellectual property.

Any intellectual property license granted by GKU must be interpreted according to the applicable written agreement, authorization, or terms.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.


12. Applicable Laws & Regulations

GKU protects and manages intellectual property in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict any use of intellectual property that is lawfully permitted without authorization under applicable law.

Intellectual property rights, remedies, exceptions, and enforcement procedures may vary depending on the applicable jurisdiction.

This Intellectual Property Rights Policy should be read together with the GKU Terms of Service and other applicable policies.


13. Changes to This Policy

GKU may update this Intellectual Property Rights Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business operations, intellectual property practices, website services, or applicable laws and regulations.

When this policy is updated, we will revise the Last Updated date at the top of this page.
