GKU E200 Dual 4K Front and Rear Dash Cam

The GKU E200 is designed for drivers who want clearer front and rear footage, stronger nighttime performance and faster access to important recordings.

From daily commutes and highway trips to nighttime driving and parked-vehicle monitoring, the E200 provides more complete video evidence when it matters most

E200 Dual 4K Front and Rear Dash Cam

Clearer Front and Rear Evidence, Day or Night

The GKU E200 combines front and rear 4K recording, Sony STARVIS 2 imaging, HDR night vision, dual-band Wi-Fi 6, built-in GPS and voice control in one compact dash cam.

Designed for daily commutes, highway driving, road trips and parked vehicles, it helps preserve the details you may need when something unexpected happens.

5.8GHz Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6

Access Important Videos Faster

Connect the E200 to your phone through 5.8GHz or 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and manage recordings with the GKU GO app.

You can easily:

✓ Preview front and rear camera views
✓ Replay recorded footage
✓ Download important clips
✓ Share saved videos
✓ Adjust compatible camera settings

Transfer speeds of up to 20MB/s make it easier to save large front and rear video files when they are needed.

The E200 Wi-Fi creates a local connection between the dash cam and your phone. It does not provide internet access, cloud storage or remote viewing away from the vehicle.

Sony STARVIS 2 Night Vision

Preserve More Useful Detail in Challenging Light

Night driving often includes dark roads, bright headlights, tunnels and sudden changes in lighting.

The E200 front camera uses the Sony STARVIS 2 IMX675 image sensor together with HDR and WDR processing to balance bright and dark areas.

Its F1.5 front and F1.8 rear apertures allow more light to enter the lenses, helping improve visibility during:

✓ Nighttime driving
✓ Underground parking
✓ Early-morning commutes
✓ Backlit and high-contrast scenes

Nighttime results may still be affected by rain, fog, speed, reflections, window tint and dirty vehicle glass.

Learn more about how Sony STARVIS 2 improves dash cam night vision and the difference between HDR and WDR.

Built-In GPS Records Every Journey

Add Route, Location and Speed to Your Evidence

The integrated GPS records driving route, location and speed information alongside compatible footage.

This additional information can help confirm:

✓ Where an incident occurred
✓ The direction of travel
✓ The driving route
✓ Vehicle speed at the time

GPS data can be reviewed through the GKU GO app or compatible GKU desktop playback software.

24-Hour Parking Protection

Monitor Your Vehicle After the Engine Is Turned Off

When connected to a compatible Type-C hardwire kit, the E200 can continue monitoring your vehicle while parked.

Three parking protection features work together:

Time-Lapse Recording

Records continuously at a lower frame rate to provide longer monitoring while reducing storage use.

Collision Detection

Detects an impact and saves the related recording to help document parking damage or a hit-and-run incident.

Pre-Recording

Buffers footage so the camera can preserve video from before and after a detected parking event, providing more context around the impact.

A compatible Type-C hardwire kit is required for parking monitoring and is sold separately.

Browse GKU compatible hardwire kits or learn more about how dash cam parking mode works.

G-Sensor Emergency Recording with Pre-Recording

Automatically Protect Important Footage

When the built-in G-sensor detects a sudden impact or collision, the E200 automatically locks the related video to help prevent it from being overwritten by normal loop recording.

G-sensor sensitivity can be adjusted for different road conditions. If too many files are locked when driving over bumps, reduce the sensitivity in the camera settings.

Loop Recording with Support for Up to 512GB

Loop recording automatically replaces the oldest unlocked footage when the memory card becomes full, allowing the E200 to continue recording.

Videos locked by the G-sensor or protected manually are not removed during normal loop recording. Important recordings should still be downloaded and backed up as soon as possible.

The E200 supports microSD cards up to 512GB. For reliable front and rear high-resolution recording, use a high-endurance card rated U3/V30 or faster.

Memory card inclusion depends on the selected product variant. Please check the selected option before ordering.

Hands-Free Voice Control

The E200 supports nine English voice commands:

✓ Take photo
✓ Turn on screen
✓ Turn off screen
✓ Turn on audio
✓ Turn off audio
✓ Show front camera
✓ Show rear camera
✓ Show both cameras
✓ Lock the video

Voice control makes it easier to save footage, switch camera views and manage common functions without repeatedly touching the dash cam.

Easy Front and Rear Camera Installation

The compact E200 installs neatly near the rear-view mirror to reduce obstruction while maintaining a clear view of the road.

The 3-inch IPS screen makes it easy to:

✓ Confirm recording status
✓ Check front and rear camera angles
✓ Review footage
✓ Access common settings

Both suction cup and 3M adhesive mounting options provide greater flexibility for different windshields and installation preferences.

E200 Quick Answers

Get a quick overview of setup, Wi-Fi, storage, GPS and parking protection. View the Full FAQ  →

Is the E200 a true 4K front and rear dash cam?

Yes. The E200 records the front and rear views in 4K at 30fps. Its front camera uses the Sony STARVIS 2 IMX675 sensor with HDR and WDR to improve detail, contrast and low-light visibility.

What memory card should I use? Is one included?

Memory card inclusion varies by country and selected product variant. For reliable dual-4K recording, choose a compatible card from the GKU official dash cam memory cards collection. Use a high-endurance microSD card rated U3/V30 or above, format it in the E200 before first use, and back up important recordings before reformatting.

Do I need a hardwire kit for parking mode?

Yes. The hardwire kit is sold separately and provides continuous power for 24-hour parking monitoring. Choose a compatible Type-C kit from the GKU official hardwire kits collection. It supports parking features including time-lapse recording, collision detection and pre-recording.

Can I view and download videos on my phone?

Yes. Connect to the E200 through the GKU GO app on iOS or Android to preview, download and manage recordings. Dual-band 5.8GHz and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi provides transfer speeds of up to 20MB/s under suitable conditions. Wi-Fi works locally near the vehicle and does not provide remote cloud viewing.

Does the E200 have GPS tracking?

Yes. It records route, speed and location data while driving. GPS information can be viewed through the GKU GO app or a supported desktop video player. GPS accuracy may vary with signal conditions.

Why can the rear video look darker at night?

The rear camera records in 4K, but nighttime brightness still depends on available light. Tinted rear windows, dirty glass and heavy reflections can reduce clarity. Keep the rear glass clean and check that the lens has an unobstructed view.

Why can license plates look reflective or unclear at night?

Plate clarity can be affected by vehicle speed, distance, headlights, rain, fog, window tint, installation angle and a dirty windshield. Install the lens level, keep the glass clean and avoid placing it behind heavily tinted or obstructed areas.

Does the E200 support voice control?

Yes. The E200 includes nine built-in voice commands for common actions such as taking a photo, locking important footage and turning audio recording on or off, helping reduce distractions while driving.

Why does my phone show “No Internet Connection”?

This is normal. The dash cam creates a local Wi-Fi connection for app control and video transfer; it is not an internet hotspot. Your phone may temporarily stop using mobile internet while connected.

Why does the E200 get warm during use?

Some warmth is normal because the compact camera processes two 4K video streams continuously. The listed operating range is -20°C to 70°C (-4°F to 158°F). If the camera shuts down repeatedly, smells unusual or becomes excessively hot, disconnect it and contact GKU Support.

Front and rear dash cam that has good video quality

fitted this dash cam because I wanted better coverage front and rear and I could tell quite quickly that it was a good upgrade from a more basic model. I use my car every day and I like knowing that both cameras are recording in 4K because it gives me a much better chance of catching number plates, road signs and the general flow of traffic if something happens. I also drive in the evening quite a lot so the night performance matters to me and this one does a good job when the light is poor or the roads are darker than usual. The gps is another feature I really like because I can keep a record of route and speed details which is useful if I ever need footage for insurance or to explain what happened. I have also used the app to check clips on my phone and the wifi transfer is quick enough that I am not left waiting around just to view a file. The parking mode is quite helpful when I leave the car outside and I like that the camera can lock important footage if there is an impact. The included 128GB card is a nice bonus too because I could get started right away instead of ordering extra bits first. For me this is the kind of dash cam that makes daily driving feel better protected and it is one of those upgrades that I am very happy to have in the car and it works fine so far.

Outstanding quality and includes 128MB SD Card

This dash cam set raises the bar in terms of quality and value. 2 cams are included - one for the front and one for the rear. Both are 4K, so excellent quality recordings. It was easy to set up and nice to follow a physical instruction booklet rather than online versions. The included cables are plenty long enough for hiding in the trim. This can be done yourself quite easily to make it look neat and tidy. The app was easily downloaded and setup straightforward. Great that a 128MB memory card is included. Start-up times are fast and the viewing screen for the front camera is a good size. Really please with this item and well worth the money. Much better than top branded ones in my opinion.
