Very helpful and recommended

I didn't receive my first camera, I believe it was lost in shipping as I live far in the countryside.

I contacted the support team and they got back to me in less than 24hours, they worked fast to find out the issue and ended up sending a replacement to me. Very helpful staff and GKU dashcams are of very good quality and great for piece of mind!

Ich habe die Dashcam jetzt seit einem Jahr und bin rundum zufrieden damit.

Nach einem Steinschlag musste meine Windschutzscheibe ausgetauscht und die Dashcam neu angebracht werden. Leider hielten die vorhandenen Klebestreifen nicht mehr richtig.

Daraufhin habe ich eine neue Ersatzhalterung bestellt. Die gesamte Abwicklung verlief absolut reibungslos und unkompliziert. Auch der Versand war unglaublich schnell!

Seitdem funktioniert wieder alles einwandfrei.

Ein großes Dankeschön für den tollen Service, die schnelle Lieferung und die unkomplizierte Hilfe. Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden und kann euch nur weiterempfehlen! 😊
