The GKU ACC Hardwire Kit keeps your compatible dash cam powered after the engine is turned off, allowing parking monitoring to continue while your vehicle is unattended.

Built-in ACC detection automatically recognizes the vehicle's ignition status:

Engine On → Driving Recording
Engine Off → Parking Monitoring

Compatible with 12V–24V vehicle electrical systems, including cars, SUVs, EVs, trucks, vans and buses.

Depending on your dash cam model, parking monitoring may include:

G-Sensor Collision Detection
Automatically starts recording when an impact or sudden vibration is detected.

Time-Lapse Recording
Records continuously at a lower frame rate to capture longer parking periods while reducing storage and power consumption.

Designed for compatible USB-C dash cams, the GKU ACC Hardwire Kit delivers stable 5V/2.5A power for reliable recording and parking monitoring.

The GKU ACC Hardwire Kit includes multiple built-in safety protections to help provide stable power while reducing the risk of excessive battery drain.

The hardwire kit includes low-voltage protection and automatically cuts power when battery voltage falls below approximately 11.8V ± 0.2V. Overheating, overcurrent and short-circuit protection provide additional safety during continuous parking monitoring.

Note: This kit is not compatible with Mini USB or Micro USB dash cameras and is not recommended for vehicle electrical systems above 24V.

Wiring Guide

Red Wire — ACC
Connect to a fuse that receives power when the ignition is on.

Yellow Wire — BATT
Connect to a constant-power fuse.

Black Wire — GND
Connect to a suitable metal grounding point.
